At the time, of this photograph, the Oxford to Cambridge line, where it was taken, was long disused and a train had not passed over this sleeper in more than 30 years.

This rail link is slated to reopen in 2024 and so this sleeper, along with all of the lovely dereliction surrounding them has been swept away....
